I buy separate cards for everyone I send them out too. If folks throw them away, oh well. But at least I know I didn't send out the same one to everyone on my list

Handmade Christmas cards are very hard to find unless you make them yourself. Most people don't have time to sit down with the necessary materials needed to make the cards. Going out and purchasing Christmas Cards in a box is easier today.

I like receiving handmade Christmas cards that are done very much like scrap booking pages are. However I do not have the time to make them myself. The ones I receive get thrown out with the other cards at the end of the season. I don't keep them simply because they look nice.

I like to get handmade holiday cards but usually only get 2 or 3 each year. I make my own and send them each year and have been for 12 years now. I also make birthday cards and anniversary cards (for the people I think will appreciate them).

Never, I would be glad to receive a store bought card. Also if they were just to call and wish me a Merry Christmas, I would not be offended. After all it's the thought that counts!

I love them & sometimes I do take time to make them. Not every year, but when I can & so do some of my friends. We're trying to revive a dying art form, I guess. I don't throw away those cards because so much thought & effort went into them & when I look at them it brings back wonderful memories.

Yes, and I also like to be the one who makes them! I'm an artist and people love my handmade cards.
