Well if you think about it, if you wear your normal shoes and jump off a high bridge or cliff or soemthing, you are technically flying... only difference is that you are flying down. LOL

Yes I think if we can make a huge bird-like machine stay up in the air and travel long distances, whether it's from country to country or earth to the moon and beyond then it won't be long before they can come up with shoes that will make people fly. Not that the shoes will be perfect wtih perfect stearing, but it will be something

I saw a bag that let the guy fly (for a hundred meters, but he flied).
I think that (fly - shoes) will appear soon, but this kind of shoe will not be good to walk!

Yes. All we need is the most compact, high energy power souce known to man - around 10,000 times anything we have. And a responsive computer flight control system. We are within a 1,000 years or so of having them for sure.

It's not a sound idea. Shoes with a lifting capability would mean that all of your weght would be above the center of lift and therefore you would be unstable. The best "wearable" lifting device would have the center of lift above your head, like portable helicopter rotors.
