no it is wrong, because maybe there was a chance he might return to his wife, maybe he is confused on what he wants to do, and the other woman will just pull him in her direction. it is never a good idea because he has alot of unresolved things going on, and needs to think it all over. the other woman is taking a big chance in allowing this, it could always backfire on her.

As long as there are no children (and if so, he's paying child support) OF COURSE it's ok. Who wants to live with a man who is involved with another woman just because they are waiting for the divorce to be final. It's absolutely cool. It would be ridiculous to do it any other way, as long as he is looking after his financial duties.

I think that you need to be on your own. The other woman can be just a rebound and you might end up doing damage to yourself or to others. If you want to get a divorce, get the divorce and re start your life on your own, when you think it's time find someone.

Why not? It's his choice what to do. He terminated all committment to his wife by leaving, now both of them are free to do whatever they want with their personal lives.

No. It's not. He needs to wait until AFTER the divorce.

No it's not, it also happened to me and they got married the day after our 10-yr marriage was final (even though he denied it to the end).

It depends, did she cheat on him first? Did she cut him out of her life first? Did she abuse his kids? The older I get the more I realize that most of the time you just can't judge others.

Does it matter? "Divorce" is merely a decision and then paperwork. If the decision is made already, why wait for "paperwork"?

No, but people have so little self-respect, they shack up with married people all the time... and have their kids visit.
