Can someone tell me i saw this computer on pimp my ride. they installed it on a car. it was like a notebook to take notes. you would say something and the computer would typed it down as you were saying it. does anyone know what does computers are called?

Perhaps there's something new out there about which I don't know yet.
But there has been for some time, voice-recognition software that performs in this manner. You can create documents (letters, notes, etc.) speaking into an input microphone.
I have one called Dragon-Speak - you have to "train" it to recognize YOUR unique voice by doing some reading into it and it "learns" your particular voice. That was a few years ago.
I'm SURE there are some awesome programs out there today for this purpose.

just search for speech recognition or voice recognition programs. You can even find these programs at your local best buy, staples, etc.
