I know nothing about your musical tastes, but if you like classic rock, just about anything by ZZ Top will help you maintain that 120 beats per minute pace - especially the Eliminator album: Legs, Sharp Dressed Man, and many more.

I have always found that Motley Crue's Kick Start My Heart really got the old blood flowing during workouts - keep up the hard work and remember: "Pain is just weakness leaving the body!!" (had an old workout partner that used that slogan all the time). :-)

Black Eye Peas "Monkey Business"
Fergie has the whole fitness thing down and the music is very fast paced. Especially "Pump It" and #8 which is on "Take the lead" Higher or something.

I listen to stuff like Disturbed, Dope, Pantera, Korn, Godsmack, and stuff like that. You might try some of that stuff, because it's fast, and not mellow, at all.
