Hey there, I live near Atlanta, I see them all the time w/o their lights on, they hardly ever stop anyone though, people going to fast lol.

Probably, but it seems counter-productive doesn't it? Especially when it could cause an accident if someone hit them or tried to pull over into one.

hey I live in savannah. no they have to stay visible. this was a law that was passed like 10 or 15 years ago. yes they have to be like any other motorist.
