I would suggest you check out "Beauty and the Beast" and also "Everafter" with Drew Barrymore. Those are perfect to get the theme you are looking for. Also, I would advise you use alot of sparkles and pastel colors, white being the base. Also, an orchestra would be the choice to get for the music. A DJ just can't give that enchanted feeling. Last but not least, please get a bubble blower for the effects of enchantment. Good luck and I hope your float gets first prize.

. I would do something with a Greek setting using tall columns decorated in white lights. lots of greenery with lights several people sitting around dressed to the occasion .Maybe the girls could wear flowers in their hair.
