I think excercise is great to relieve stress, even if it is just walking around the block. I love to get a couple friends together and take a long walk and get your heart rate up by the end you won't even remember you were upset. I also like looking for a great new recipe to try and even if you aren't the greatest cook, doing something for yourself will make you feel better. Spending the time and focusing on something else will help a lot. Just don't make it a habit to eat a lot when you get upset. :) Hope this helps!

Yoga, Tai Chi, and listen to relaxing music, hit a punching bag several times till you feel the stress leave you...and last but not least meditation and prayer..smiles.

For me it is prayer, it is so stress freeing...also, maybe you just need to get away from things for a few minutes and take a few nice deep, calming breaths...A nice hot cup of tea always is nice for me, you can substitute whatever your favorite hot drink is there. "This too shall pass," if that helps any =)
