Well, our "freedoms" in this country are diminishing quickly. I think the right to vote, the right to bear arms (I am a liberal but I think bearing arms is important), protection from false arrest, and the right to freedom of speech are the most important.

Freedom of assembly

Freedom of speech(We still have it)

Freedom of religion.

Most countries have these freedoms built into their constitutions, the civilized ones anyway.

Let's put it this way,I'm ALWAYS grateful when I come home from abroad.
Nothing against other countries or cultures,I just
love my land,and
my chosen lattitude.

You will find that freedom of assembly is limited in a lot
of countries though.

that's an important one.

The 1st Amendment provides for freedom of speech and religion. We have a free press. Citizen's cannot be prosecuted for speaking out against state or church. And it separates church and state.
The rest are our rights like the right to vote regardless of sex, race, creed, religion ect.. The right to bare arms, the right to council and a fair trial that is speedy.

Our bill of rights is fairly unique. In particular is our free speech right (strong protection against prior restratint [i.e. review and censorship] by the government, fairly lax restrictions on hate speech [that does not incite violence]) and our free religion rights (both to the free exercise of just about any religion, and to be free from government sponsorship of religion). Our jury trial rights are also fairly unique as compared to other, non-British systems
