I've been trying to start one but i don't know how to. my friend has one but i can't get on there without one.

my apologies for the fact that ppl seem to enjoy giving useless answers.
on the main home page, there is the sign in box. you can type in your email address and then your password if you have an account. If you look next to the box that says login...there is one that says sign up. Just plug in your information and an account should be set up.
if you aren't referring how to get a page, but rather how to set up an interesting one, I'd suggest looking up profile generators. I use Pimp-My-Profile.com, and i find it is very easy and has many designs to go from.
