While it would be possible to pull an e-mail randomly, unless people paid in money to get into the lottery, there would be no money to pay out. Since you did not pay in, it is a SCAM.

No it's a scam. If you e-mail them back and act like you are interested in recieving your cheque, the will ask you to send them money to ship it (my fiance played at it once). Delete it. Report it to the FBI too. They will deal with it,

It's SPAM. forward it to the FTC. If you answer the email they will do 1 of 2 things, 1 attempt to steal your Identity or have you send a "security" deposit on your "winnings" of which you will see neither one..

NO, IF YOU DIDNT ENTER IT THEN IT SOUNDS LIKE FRAUD, CONTACT YOUR I.M. PROVIDER OR THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THATS HOW ALOT OF PEOPLE GET PULLED INTO SCAMS WHERE THEY LOSE THERE LIFE SAVINGS AND STUFF, DONT BE FOOLED , IGNORE IT, THE BBB CAN TELL YOU IF ITS LEGITE, BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY GOOD LUCK
