It is a cereal that has nuts and honey. Sometimes in a commercial they make a joke and say nut 'n honey meaning nothing honey.

Are you referring to the commercial for the cereal, Nut'n'Honey? If so, it's a contraction of the phrase "Nothing, Honey".

Seriously. Knew that when I was 7.
