i had to call my employer this moring and tell him that i can't come becausae i am feeling sick while in the fact iam too tired that i couldn't leave the bed!
my employer asked what's wrong with me and i told him that i caught a cold.
what should i say tomorrow if she asked again and for sure she will gonna ask again.

You have a couple of options...you can say that you were having intense period cramps and didn't want to say that over the phone. If your boss is a female she might understand but if he's a man you might not want him to think "oh great it's another woman issue" and have that gender stereotype put on you. You could always say that you had bad stomach pains that you were in the bathroom all night (with diarrhea) and also didn't feel comfortable saying that over the phone. Hope this helps!

Just tell her the same thing, not sure what the policy is but i do know most policy is you can be out of work for three days until you need a doctors note but when you go back to work if your to sick to complete the job than they will ask you to go home so if you have to go to work show them that your sick and they shouldnt have you in work its not a good inviorment to do while your sick

24-hour bug, dont put on ur full make up, leave the eyeshadow off, so u look a lil more pale, dont eat much, say it musta been a stomach virus or something and rub ur nose a lot so it stays red, try to wear ur hair back too, for some reason that always works.

Just tell her that you had washed your hair,and had forgot to run a few errands before the stores closed,and you felt you had a sore throat,and a runny nose that morning,but you took Theraflu,and you feel much better!!!!!

just tell her that you did not feel well enough to work and you thought that if you went to work it would get worse and then you would have to stay out for a longer time, so you decided to stay home and try to"nip it in the bud".
