Not with me, but my sister was born in the car at the parking lot of the hospital.

She was the 8th of 10 kids and it was in the middle of the night. Mom always had quick labor, but not really any pain. Dad was nervous of course, but not nervous enough to break the speed limit. This was his 8th child after-all! He was kind of getting to be pro!

Anyway, by the time they got to they hospital, Dad ran into the ER and grabbed the first nurse he could. They came back out to the car to help mom in and the nurse got there just in time to "catch" my baby sister!

We tease her about it all the time!

Yes. I was two & a half months early & my mom went into labor while on the road, traveling between Florida and Michigan. I was born in Ohio instead of at home in Michigan.

Yes, alcoholism runs in my family.
However, i don't think choices are heriditary i think they are "choices" that we make, its not like its cancer or lupus we have no choice in dealing with that.
Anyway, my mom was at a bar when she went into labor with me. She was 9 months. She then went to a hospital in ny and gave birth to a healthy, beautiful, baby girl.
