The questions that they ask will depend on the sort of job that you have inquired about. Always be honest in a job interview about everything - your strengths and weaknesses. Don't be afraid to sell yourself, brag a bit (but not too much) about accomplishments or achievements. One of the best questions that I like to use while interviewing someone is for them to describe the best team that they have ever worked on - what made it the best - and what part did they play in the team. I tricky question that is usually posed towards the end of the interview is - "Are there any questions that you have?" If the interviewer has not told you about their part in the company or how they got started with the company - this would be a great time to ask about that. Also it is ok to be bold and ask how many other candidates are being interviewed - shows them that you are hungry for the job.

Good luck!

Be polite. Look your interviewer in the eye. Use good grammer. Do not use any profanity or verbal pauses such as: and uh, you know, like. They will most likely ask what your strengths and weaknesses in your former jobs were. Be honest.

they can ask u anything. u need to rehearse, watch your body language, answer everything postively and dress very nice and neat. never give a negative answer. even if they ask u what r your faults? think of an answer that can be both negative and postiive, for instance u can say i am very stubborn, that can be seen as both positive and negative.

Believe it or not it is more the way you present yourself and your hand shake ( a firm hold) , they just want to see if you are intelligen t and also have a sense of humor (not stupid jokes).
