Elle shot a guy behind his home because she was sure he was the serial rapist. On the next episode she told Hoch that she wasn't sorry that she'd shot him and would do it again. She gave him her badge and gun and left.

Because of her...she let a rapist go free and she met him at a hotel and they talked and he said Thank you to her for letting him go and that he could keep doing it..then he got closer and she shot him..The next episode was when she was in a cemetary and she told Hoch that she wasn't sorry that she'd shot him and would do it again. She gave him her badge and gun and left, something like that!

I missed the end of that episode, but I'm glad she's off the show - I didn't like her.
