More than a year ago, rumors got spread out about me and my person in the workplace, someone who used to be a person of respect turned out to be an enemy, the reasons are unknown, and the person was never provoked by me. But he has been on a 'witch hunt' for my head, I know this much, based on what's seen & heard in the place I work: a background check was done on me, false information spread out about me, surveillance set up on my house, people on the street staring at me and my husband, for what I heard there is even a website out there. I have used all means I know thru the workplace but legal action looks far because other than the documentation I write about I have been unable to prove that this person is really doing this. And what is most sickening of all is that everyone in the company I work gets a 'visual' of the 'action' and he brags about it. I have been isolated at work and ostracized and my husband does not believe me. I even tried to hire a detective...pls help!

As of today I am trying to manage my stress, cannot eat or sometimes eat too much, cannot sleep, all I can do is pray and wait for my help to come. This is really stressing me out. I am even losing my hair! for real!

It's bad when you find out that your being watched, or taped at your own home. I was being watched by a P.I. that was hired by an Ins. company to try and prove that I was faking my injury. I had NO Clue it was being done till we got into court. LOL the funny thing is is that there was nothing on there. The Lawyer presented this tape and I was like dammnnn...but then we watched it and there was nothing on there to prove their case. I wish I would have known he was out there, I could have set them up. My Lawyer told me the next time I saw them outside my house watching me I should invite him in for coffee. If your not doing anything wrong, don't let them bring you down. Let them do all the background checks they want, if there isn't anything there then you shouldn't worry about it. Consult a Lawyer! And Talk to your Husband! This can make you a very paranoid person, but that seems to be the goal here. To see how far they can push you...Is it worth it?

If you feel you have a legal case, you should seek the advice of a lawyer in your area. My suggestion would be to get professional counseling, either from a Psychiatrist or a Psychologist to help you manage you stress and anxiety. Sometimes stress or anxiety can feed an unhealthy situation without you even realizing. I am not saying your situation is your fault, just that a professional may be in the best position to help you work you way through it.

A website on you should be easy enough to find. Do an unfiltered google search on your name.

Those sound like an awful lot of accusations on your part with no proof. Why would a co-worker pay for surveillance on you? Most people have better things to do with their cash.

What you have said really does not make sense. WHY is he monitoring you? What did you mean by "visual of the action"?
If you can be more informative, maybe I can help you.

you have yet to state a reason for calling a lawyer , you sound crazy . thinking their is surveillance on your house is the first sign of smoking to much crack , another sign would be thinking people are watching you ( neighbors )

Perhaps you should consider some counseling? If everyone, including your husband, feels you are imagining this, maybe they are right, and you are wrong?
