This device is from before the Juniper acquisition. Not sure if it's even supported any more. Anyone know how to recover the password?

To perform this operation, you need to make a console connection, as described in "Connecting Using a vt100 Terminal Emulator" on page 17 of the users manual. The user manual can be found in the link below.

go to their site. click on faq and a panel will open up id you have windows. in there is a "submit question" button. click on that to ask your question, select a topic, enter your email address and click the submit button. i assume they will email your answer to you.

give lots of details, version, serial number if there was one etc. they can't read your mind. be nice to them. they won't help you if you give them crap.

while you are there click on the support link and see if there are any help pages. also click on help inside the firewall once you get the password.

Throw it away and get a real firewall.
