i have pcos too. as pcos patients we have no periods as i'm sure you know, my question to my doctor when i did my first round of clomid last month was, if i don't get pregnant will my period (af) show up on it's own? or will i need progestrone to induce my period again to start my 2nd round and she told me IT DEPENDS!!!! lol...so not the answer i was looking for but unlike you i wasn't willing to wait til af showed on it's own, which would probably be like 3 months! i don't have 3 months. so i waited a week after i was "supposed" to get a period and then started the progestrone again to induce af. i'm currently on it and waiting for day 5 to start clomid again. what do i think happened? your hormones are out of wack b/c of pcos again. what do i suggest? getting a prescription for provera or prometrium to induce af and do clomid again

good luck ♥

Sometimes, taking Clomid can interfer with home pregnancy test results. Your best bet is to take a blood pregnancy test at the doctors office, just to be sure. They cost about $30 if you dont have insurance, and the doctor can give you the results in about 30 minutes. You can get a blood test done at the local health department, clinic, or your doctors office. Also, a blood pregnancy test is much more accurate than a home test, and can tell much sooner if you are pregnant.

Other reasons you may not have started your period could be because of the use of the medication s you are on. These can sometimes make your periods late, irregular, or even missed.

If you are experiencing alot of stress, then this could be another reason. Also, a change in diet, exercising, and illness could affect your period.

did you use it without your doc advise
people on this site are using clomid as if it was Tylenol
why
now you need to go back to your doc and have him do an ultra sound to make sure that your uterus is OK

it's your hormones and the fact that you are taking more hormones messes you up completely.
