I'm 19 weeks. I feel the same way! I have my good days and not so good days. Just relax, if you feel tired, then your body is telling you that you need the rest. I am concerned about when the motivation comes back, too! I just hate the fact that doing my normal household cleaning completely wipes me out! Take it easy.

if your going to work, and still being somewhat productive in something, and the house is somewhat(not completely, because i know how that is!) clean, then I wouldn't worry about it. Your dealing with a crying, demanding, child, and life in general, so it's normal to feel like going back to the days of pregnancy and curling up on the couch and falling asleep,or doing nothing at all. Once you get onto a routine for the baby's feedings and your own work/daily schedule, your lazyness should be in check.
I got back to(somewhat!) normal after about 3 months, but I still get bouts of laziness from time to time.

When I hit my 2nd trimester it was like a burst of energy and then the 3rd trimester it happened all over again. After the baby was born it was about 2 months before I really felt that I could accomplish a lot without getting to tired but I also had a c-section and am breastfeeding.

I would say during the second trimester or so, you will start getting back on your feet. Everyone is different though, you may just want to lay on the couch through the whole pregnancy! Good luck!

I felt good some days and other days felt crappy and sooooo tired.... well this is just the start better get in all the sleep you can now!!! My four year old still doesn't let me get a good nights rest, no more sleeping in for me or napping when i want.... your body belongs to them! but its all worth it, i would not give it up for anything. I am now just in the beginning of my 3rd pregnancy and I feel so exhasted already.......

accually this normal for pregnant women to become lazy I know I do I sleep all the time and even in class. the laziness will go away when you get to be in the third trimester cause then you will be getting ready for the baby.

You must be only in your first trimester. You will start to "nest" soon. You will start cleaning and organizing like mad. The preparation for baby will overwhelm you and you feel as though you don't have enough hours in the day. Then the baby comes, and you are tired again...;)

I found that I had a lot more energy in my second trimester. In my first I was extremely exhausted, and in my third I was so big that I just tired out easily. I'd say giving birth is the only sure way to cure it! =)
