If I answered PROMPTLY, it would be in plenty of time, but not as quick.

If I answered FORTHWITH, it would be when you asked. Pretty close to immediately, but I might use the restroom first.

That is just off the top of my head, so I may be wrong. But that is how I interpret the terms.

They all means the same, but in defining, it is immediately.
