First to the guy above me - Magic Johnson was inducted into the Hall of Fame four years ago.

Michael Jordan is undoubtedly the best player of the past 30 years, and possibly of all time. Considering that he's not yet inducted, then I'd have to say that he's the most deserving player not currently enshrined.

There are plenty of others who are deserving and who will get there, but there are no players as good as MJ who are still waiting to get in.

Michael Jordon is not available for a few years so i would say Charles Barkley. he had a great personality and wether you love him or hate him, you would have to say he give it his all to the game when he wasnt exactly a great athelete. He merely won by hard work and hustle and was great at it.
