I know the feeling! I had the same problem exactly! I went to the dr. and he said that I had a tilted uterus which isnt at all uncommon. When I would have sex his penis would hit the side of my uterus causing it to feel like his penis was in my stomach. This happens a lot with guys that have longer penises. We just try to take it a little slower and he usually is not top so he wont go as deep like if it were doggie style or me on top. I hope I could help.

Is the pain only when you are on top? I would avoid you going on top of him - I have heard of girls, including myself, who only feel pain from that position (and doggy), because it's too deep and all your weight on him can be painful, especially if he is hitting your cervix.

Try different positions, use lots of lubrication, and tell hiim to not go so deep. Also, try to relax, because the expectation of pain will most likely cause you to tense up and thus feel more pain.

More than likely he is too long for your body and he is hitting your cervix. When your cervix is "hit" it will cause cramping. For me, it causes cramping and bleeding.
You can try asking him to "go shallow" and not hit your cervix. Or, you can be on top and control how deep it goes so as not to hurt yourself.
