I am quite self-concious about the dark circles underneath my eyes. I use concealer but it doesn't tend to cover them enough. Anyone know of a good, relatively cheap brand I can use?

I live in the UK so don't really have access to brands in other countries :-)

Touche Eclait by YSL is the secret weapon of any make-up artist. It is quite expensive at around 22 pounds but will last for ages and is definately a good investment. I've tried all kinds of brands and some are just not worth the money. The trick is to put it on and leave it for about 10 seconds and then gently pat it in, that way it fixes to your skin properly and doesn't just slide off.

If you want a freebie remedy try this; use your ring finger and gently pat the area below your eye. This stimulates the lymphatic drainage and helps to reduce dark circles and puffy eyes. Try and do it a few times every day.

Sephora has a four-pack of concealers for under $20. It has green, purple, and two flesh tones. To cover circles, apply the green underneath the flesh tones. That should help with the dark circles. Or try a yellow concealer, it counteracts purple. Drink lots of water to help with puffiness and circles. Otherwise, not much you can do. If you are willing to spend $40 - Amazing Cosmetics Concealer lives up to it's name. A little goes a long way. It's like a blemish eraser.

Yves Saint Laurent do a product called Touche Eclat. it is in a gold tube with a brush at the end. It reflects the light and hides all dark circles - it's the most amazing product I have ever owned!

I use Collection 2000 liquid concealer, it is available at most Boots and Superdrug stores, it is pretty much the same as Touch e'clait but it's a snip of the price at only £5! Bargain!

My favorite is at Sephora - Light Touch Highligter -

It is light and creamy pen that banishes dark spots, shadows, and dark circles, creating a sheer luminosity that brightens and refreshes the contours of the face.

All you have to do is twist the end of of the pen and drops of the product come out through the brush. Apply and blend and you are good to go!

hi. I even have been making use of the comparable makeup for the previous 5 years and its purely stunning. Dermablend. Its made via Dermatologisits. they have conclear and makeup. I even have zits scars and a few zits... and it covers them. It covers something from zits, zits scars, decrease than eye circle, tattoos, Scars, Birthmarks, Varicose Veins, Stretchmarks, ect.... in case you're taking a glance on the earlier and after photos on the internet website, it particularly is going to easily blow you away. Its somewhat amazing. Its alittle expensive ($30), even though it lasts thrice longer than the different makeup, its final sixteen hours and its water resistant. one subject often lasts me 3-4 months, and that's a protracted time. besides, i'm hoping ive helped. Take Care!

Use a concealer that is a bit lighter than your complexion. Carefully dab it on and then use a second layer of your regular foundation!

Try not to cover them up its much easier to get rid of them! Get lots of rest and use tea bags (they work much better than cucumbers!). ALso, I model and a quick fix that we sue is an ice cube. Hold it on the bags of your eyes for atleast twenty seconds!

Mary Kay concealer is good but I really like the Mary kay Facial Highlighting Pen... Works great, especially if you have if your circle are dark and/or bluish.
