I have followed directions exactly, but can not get the backgound to show on my page, any suggestions

like these directions below? if you've followed those exactly then there could be a problem with the actual code from the site. i would suggest checking again to make sure you placed the code in the right spot and if it doesn't work then, you may want to look for another code.
1. pick the layout and look for the code the website provides(usually right below the image, or it'll say "click here to get this layout")
2. copy the code.
3. log into your myspace so it's on your home page and hit edit profile.
4. paste the code that you copied into your "about me" section.
5. save that and then view your profile and your new layout should be up.

HTML, can be very tricky. You may want to look back over it and make sure that there was not anything left out. I often find that forgetting something as trivial as a > or < will prevent it from loading.
If this is not the case try a generator.

you may get a history from everywhere. try a Yahoo! image seek and filter out them with the help of length to slender it down. A format is greater effective through fact it in many circumstances incorporates a history and much greater.
