Nail polish remover, but you may cause damage or ruin the shirt so use it wisely. Other than that you are out of luck, sorry.

I have the ultimate solution. Well there can be many ways. Try all those that others are suggesting but when they dont work out, do this. U must have come across many different detergent or washing powder advertisements. Most fo them claim that their product can remove the hardest and the toughest stain. Challenge them in sucha way that they cant run. You give thme your shirt. If they succeed then your shirt will be saved and if they lose then nothing can remove ur stain.

That is a very tough question. If the shirt is acryllic no you cannot get it off. However if it is cotton, you might try a little fingernail polish remover (acetone). Apply it with a q-tip and brush very gently, do not oversaturate the area and do not allow it to dry, wash with soap and water immediately. If it is a color garment, you should test for color fastness down at the hemline first. If it bleeds out don't use the acetone.

Acetone is the only solvent for super glue but it may damage the fabric.
