I am trying to find my ex who has my son. She got remarried to a marine and I havent seen my son in 4 years. I was seeing him monthly but all of a sudden the number she gave me was disconnected. I put out a missing persons report but the marine corp said I could not get any information because all the court papers I filed and went to court for visitation no longer existed. Thats something weird but I dont have the money to get an attorney. So I have just been praying some day I hear from him. But I would really like to see him and I know her last name is Morris, her first name is Faith and the last I could find on the interent she is located in oceanside Ca. But it wont give me a number due to it being unlisted. Plus I dont have the money to go paying all these search websites to locate her . Can anyone help?

Hire a detective. You say you dont have the money, but if he is important enough to you, you will find the money. Give some things up.

The court that processed your divorce has those papers somewhere . . . go back there and keep trying until they locate them. (if you really want to see your son) Go back every other day until they find the file. If the visitation order only is missing from the file, get the judges name who heard the case, request a visit with him and have another visitation request ready & explain the other is lost from the file.
If the judge believes it is in the best interest of the child (and not just your want or need) then, he may sign the new visitation order > > then family court should locate them for you.
PS: search websites are under a $100, if you are not able to come up with that much, maybe seeing your son isn't best for him now . . . maybe a letter or card to him would be better. AND what about your son's child support ? Who is sending him that ? They should have an address.

If she has did not carry him or be accessible which you will get him on your often scheduled visits, merely be sure you comprise all that documents IN WRITING - if that is significant, or perhaps semi-significant you're able to desire to have it in writing - a choose will base his decion ninety 9% off of what you write, and under a million% off of what you're able to say interior the courtroom room.

Oceanside, sounds like Camp Pendleton,
there might be a base locater and you can go through his chain of command

Have you talked to an attorney, sounds like it would be worth it

You are going to have to pay money for anything to happen here. First off-you need a lawyer, second off you are probably going to have to get a private investigator to find them. If you don't have the money-then work 2 jobs-whatever you have to do--he is your son for gosh sake!

Unfortunately, your son will have a lot of issues when he grows up. He has been kidnapped which means your ex and marine husband can spend trhe rest of their lives in prison and your son will spend his life in his own prison. I would never let anyone or anything stop me from finding my kids. You would have to kill me to stop me. Try intellius.com or ussearch.com and then when you find them get your son into counseling right away and have your ex arrested.
