A BREAK! Make sure you get some me time at least once a week. I know it is hard, but maybe swap kids every once in a while with a friend. Also, I found chatting with my girlfriends who have kids to be quite cathartic. We are all in the same boat! Good luck

have you tried working out in the morning? I know it sounds hard, and believe me it is, but if you take 10 minutes before the kids get up in the morning, or at naptime and do a workout video or some other type of physical activity it helps. Also, sip on ice water all day. I have heard this helps more than caffine. Something about the temp difference wakes up your body. But, don't be afraid to have a cup or two of coffee when you really need it. It does have it's benefits as well!!!!!

I am 30 with 3 kids. The best thing to do is to take a power nap. Sleep at least 15 minutes, but no longer than 30. Also, stay hydrated, lots of water!!! Being dehydrated makes your body feel hungry.

take the girls out and do something fun. i am tired all the time with just one very active toddler. i find that i have more energy if i do something fun with him and go somewhere. just get out of the house! even if you just play on the porch or in the yard. hey maybe they will get tired out and you can all pile on the bed and take a nap together. and coffee doesn't cause cellulite, just stay hydrated despite the coffee and keep moving.

i wish you the best of luck babe-

i am a young mother of 3 boys and i find that having a few moments to myself even if it is just a bubble bath i find to be very relaxing and when done i think of all the progress that i have made for my boys. where would they be without me?? just seeing them happy and knowing i am the reason for that keeps me going.
