looking to see how homes in my neighborhood were listed for sale but none are currently on the market. I know there were some sales last year that I would like details for (not just sale price)

Contact a licensed Realtor, they should be able to provide you with the information for the properties that were listed on the MLS.

Remember that a Realtor is a professional. As such, there may be a charge for their time if you are not conducting other business with them.

Another option, may be to contact your local realtor's association office. They too can provide you with this information, but here again, there may be a charge.

Information on the MLS is not public domain. It is information gathered by professionals and placed there to share with other professionals with the ultimate goal of being beneficial to the professionals' client(s). The only information that is public domain and available free of charge is the sales price listed with the county registrars office.

Sure, talk to a real estate agent in your area. All sale information will be in the MLS system which they have access too. That is how they pull comps to give market values. They can pull up the entire listing - not just the price. You can find list date, close date, days on market, all the details of the property. Anything that would have been in the original listing.

You would have to speak with a realtor. They have access via MLS to past listings.
