My best friend has had feelings for me ever since we met. We've been really good friends for the past year and I always thought it was kinda annoying that he had a little crush and I told him that I wasn't that physically attracted to him. Lately though we've been spending all of our time together ane I think I'm emotionally attracted to him. I know I love him and we've recenty made out a few times but I've always stopped him. I just don't know what to do.

well, if you are falling for him and he still has the feelings for you then go ahead. The nice thing about your relationship with him is that you two know each other very well due to the friendship you two have shared.
