Since I got great respones, I'll add a second part.
1.scream in public and hide to trip people out (I did once)
2. answer the phone with a burp (guilty! by accident)
3. offend a stranger and give them your friend's name (done to me)
4. act idiotic just to drive away an annoying person (I did)
5. do something embarssing in public because a friend embrassed him/herself just to make them feel better (willing)
6. called physic hotline and ask for the winning lotto numbers (that would be funny)

3. offend a stranger and give them your friend's name -wouldn't give them a friend's name, but the name of an arch-nemesis

5. do something embarssing in public because a friend embrassed him/herself just to make them feel better -Dragon does embarassing things anyway...
6. called physic hotline and ask for the winning lotto numbers -Dragon would call and ask them to tell her what she has in her pocket right now... That would be funny.

I've done #4 numerous times...I actually learned to enjoy it when the annoying person came around cos I felt like it was an excuse to be as crazy and say anything I wanted without really worrying about the consequences.

5. all the time!!! i never feel embarassed cuz im always embarassing myself!!.....i sing all the time to take the pressure off my friends....
6. nope.....but i did call up a nearby astronomy research center and asked them "how big is uranus?".........and they actually started telling me the exact size before they realized it was a joke....
