im about 8 wks and i ate some bacon that may not have been fully cooked...it tasted a little strange...if it was a bit undercooked could this harm me or my baby?

It's unlikely to harm your baby, and as for it tasting strange, somethings do when you are pregnant, for instance, I realised that chocolate tasted odd when I was pregnant!
But, if you get through the next couple of days with no ill effects, I would say that you are fine, and your little one is protected by the placenta that filters out anything harmful.

No, you may have an upset stomach but bacon is prepared with salt which is a preservative, so getting food posoing from undercooked bacon is less likely than say ndercooked chicken.

It might make you a little sick but no real harm or damage will be done.

It is best to check everything meatwise, expecially while pregnant.

Good luck and a safe pregnancy to you!

I couldn't say for sure (sorry). But, I do recommend buyng the pre*cooked bacon at the grocery store (very good too).

How long ago did you eat the bacon? If it was bad bacon, you will get sick from it. If you don't get sick...you and your little baby will be just fine!

if you vomit or start to have loose bowels(I know it's hard not to have either when pregnant so early), then it probably wasn't any good, and your body got rid of it. However, with e.coli and all going around, I would call the doctor and ask, just to be on the safe side.

If you haven't gotten sick more than likely then your baby wont get sick. If you start feeling poorly then be smart go see your OB/GYN.. Nothing is more important than the baby's well being.. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!

No sweetie, the most you may get is an upset stomach but you will be okay. Don't worry yourself.
