why did they take it off the air? Is it on another channel?

It's not off the air, dude. The WB went off the air and combined with UPN. In my local market new Smallville episodes are on the same channel as the old UPN. The new network is called "CW". The old UPN local affiliate is now the new CW affiliate, at least in my market. Not sure about your area, though.

Smallville is on a network called the CW. UPN and the WB merged last year. Re-runs however will be comming soon to a network TBA on cable....

Its on the same channel, just a different network, the CW. It comes on thursdays at 8:00.

Yes its actually on the CW now, I think there's a new episode tonight at eight pm. They didn't take it off the air.

It's still on, it's just gotten boring lately....I think it's droppng in ratings... (I used to watch it religiously, but not anymore)
