It depends on what you are apologising for to be honest. If its something minor then an easy aplogy is ok. But not if its a major problem.

Not exactly. It's kind of hard to apologize to someone that is special to you in some way. I get all tounge twisted when I try to apologize to my new friends. But my old friends on the other hand are easy because I've talked to tehm alot and now what tehy like and don't like so I know exactly what to say.

yes, too easily sometimes. Sometimes when it isn't even my fault.

But if you have hurt someone's feelings, and it can only be your fault, apologise asap, or you will hurt their feelings more.

Yes, if I am in the wrong or I have hurt someone's feelings, absolutely... It is very easy to misconstrue conversations and take offence and blurt things out.... to lash back....But if I am wrong , I will say so, no coaching needed....

Yes, because if I admit that I am wrong, if I made a huge mistake, and take responsibility for my actions, I will apologize.

No I can't but have recently been working on that. I have come to realize it isn't necessarily who is right. Somethings are better just to get past.
