It should be plug and play with your pc. Scan with the pc to find the phone. Now you must know, if you have a Verizon phone, you cannot transfer them.

Get the phone tools software from the phone manufactuer. The phones may have to be from the same manufactuer. Don't go to the wireless company for help they won't know. If the tone is MP3 there's scodes of freeware you could find do a search at download.com
