ok then kid, why not start your journey of enlightenment by volunteering in organizations for the less fortunate? You might befriend the kids there that are also volunteering

second thing i would do if i was you is to take martial arts classes, that really toughens you up and helps your self esteem, and it is also a great way to meet new people. Great experience overall, i know from experience, i would do things i never thought i could do, i ran across bridges, i marched in parades, i fought with people twice my size, would not trade those experiences for the world.

If you want to improve yourself, living on welfare won't help. Go get some more education, take some community classes. learn social skills, take a community class in a hobby you are interested in. Meet new people. Not having to worry about money allows you more time to improve yourself if you make the effort. If you really want to know why people don't like you, honestly ask them what you could do better to improve yourself.

Well they can come true once you are legal enough to move out and see the true life on the outside. But hey keep your head up, you don't have to worry about many things. Also just be yourself you will find someone that likes you for who you are. GOOD LUCK!!!
