it depends on your state but for the most part you need a masters in school counseling, or guidance counseling. through your degree you will work to meet certification req. for the state. i was about to do the program and decided not to. either way you need more than a bachelor's degree.

Hi there! I have a Bachelors in Sociology, and am about to take a teachers certification test next weekend here in Georgia. I think this will be enough to be a student counselor at the level you were wanting. Actually to be a teacher in a lot of schools, they start you out as a counselor then move you into a teaching position once they see you interact with students in a counseling role. I would go to your states website and see what all the requirements are. Good luck!

Its said as "honest and equivalent". you won't be able to manage one human being diverse than the different. a million. you probably did it on college grounds. by doing that, you invited the guidelines of the faculty into your existence 2. you've a handbook. It spells it out what the guidelines are. and maximum ought to signal it putting forward "Yup I study It". 3. Its too problematical to inform who did what even as and for what reason. the better way is to punish both. ok. Now, suspension. Its quite time-honored what i am going to inform you A primary can droop/expel a scholar for as a lot as ten days. purely the board can do a "lengthy time period expulsion". you've the right to attraction a suspension. you do not ought to settle for it. you want to have your ducks in a row in case you try this. regrettably, the instigator and the retaliator get dealt with both. Im not putting forward ti good or honest, i'm putting forward its purely how that is.

It would depend on where you are. Each state has different standards in the U.S. You should check with your state education office to find out what is required.
