I want know how I can make a moveable gif image from a short movie clip. I am talking about take a small piece from a short movie and make it to a gif image. If you know how please tell me

Do you want to catch an image from your movie ,,, or a short clip,,, what do you mean by moveable image,,,, I will explain to you how to take an image from a movie clip....first you have to make your hardwareacceleration at (none) and not (full) as follow:
right click on an empty part of your desktop and follow this path"
properties----setting----advanced----
troubleshoot
you will find here the hardwareacceleration,,, put the pointer to (none) level then----apply---ok
now,, run your clip and make it full screen,,,at the desired scene of the clip,,press ( print screen button ),,,,then close your clip,, now ,,open any photo editing program you have as microsoft photo editing and choose new file,, and make the page dimension 20 X 20 cm,, then choose (paste),,,your captured image will be now in front of you,,, choose save as,, and select gif,, do not forget to restore back your hardware acceleratin to full again instead of none

in action picture maker there are small icons above storyboard choose for the left one a bar will look drag it in direction of audio/track or choose for procedures / audio ranges then flow the cursor in direction of audio/track
