I say 17...thats when I started wearing makeup. Maybe 16. All you people saying 11-15 are retarded. That is way too young. Im tired of these little girls trying to grow up so fast. Enjoy your childhood.

I would say not until they leave the house, but that's only because I'm a mom that doesn't want my lil' girl to grow up. However, I would say as soon as they can earn their own money to pay for the makeup, they can wear it(because I'm definitely not going to buy a 7-yr. old make-up,unless it has Barbie on the front of the case and it's for dress-up!). I would say 15-16.

To each their own.... As a parent, my oldest is now 18 yrs old and she only wears mascara. My 15 yr old, wears eye liner, mascara and lip gloss.. They pretty much need to try it and as the parent you guide them on how much and the excess they can take.. I have to get on my 15 yr old every once in awhile because she wants to wear more than I feel she should.. Remember lotion, foundations and cheek blush will stop up the pores and begin to cause skin blemishes and such. So make sure to watch that area carefully..

15-16 in my opinion, i started first year of high school which was about 15, i understand how ppl may want to wear it earlier, but a lot of the young girls who are 12 and 13 wearing eyeliner mascara, foundation and all look like there trying to grow up fast. it dosn't look right.

I think 16 is a perfect age to start wearing make up. But not too much you don’t want to look like a street walker. Be sure you apply your make up evenly and don’t forget to also powder your neck. Remember not to cake your makeup on; you don’t want to scare the boys away with a make up mask. LESS IS MORE :)

12-Bit of lip gloss, maybe concealor with added spot clearer, if you have a bit of spots.

13-Lipgloss,Masacara and concealer.

14-Eyeliner,lipgloss,mascara and concealer.

16+Foundation/powder,lipgloss,mascara,concealor,lipstick or whatever.

TIPS

-All the adults i know, who wore too much makeup at a younger age have dry rougher skin in later life whereas my mum who didn't has really smooth and soft skin,

-People who wear TOO MUCH makeup at a young age, look odd, as 1.some dont apply right and end up orange. And some over-do it and look like dolls.

Hope i helped, this is my opinion im not right or wrong =).
