Hope is pregnant but, Patrick paid the doctors off to say it was his baby. The baby is really Bo's. Ej and Patrick seem to be working together to destroy the Brady's. Another Dimera plot against the Brady''s I suspect. Oh, and Bo has no idea that its his but, he is investigating Ej and Patrick with John Blacks help.

The second answer is correct. Hope is pregnant and everyone thinks it's Patrick's baby but Patrick and EJ are working together and paid off the doctor to fix the ultrasound she had. They told her she was not as far along as she really is. Apparently, it will eventually come out that Bo is the father but not until awhile after Bo and Hope finally get back together.

At this time the storyline is that Hope is pregnant with Patrick Lockheart's baby. I'm hoping and praying that it turns out to be Bo's!!

yeah she is the baby is really bo's but he don't know that because patrick had the dna test changed so that it would say the was was his.
