I have had this same problem and recently found the solution. The secret is not products or drugs. They do little to help the problem if not worsen it. You need to get to the root of the problem, which for most people is candida (yeast). Doctors won't tell you this and probably don't even know it. Your symptoms sound like yeast. Being tired and having bags are clues to a yeast problem as well. If you have been on antibiotics in your life, it kills off the good bacteria in the body, letting yeast and bad bacteria get out of balance. The waste products the yeast produces in the body causes extreme fatigue because the body cannot get rid of this toxin effectively through the urine and liver. So it resorts to it's other waste eliminator; the skin. I found this website about a month ago which lines out a routine for ridding the body of toxins and yeast to improve the skin. IT WORKS! Within days I could tell a significant difference.

The breakouts can be minimized by washing you face daily with Noxzema. For the bags an puffiness around the eyes, first you need to get the right amount of rest during the evening, if the problem still persists try chamomile tea bags (cooled) with cucumber slices. Soak the cucumber in about a 1/4 cup of chamomile tea for about 15 minutes let them cool and place over your eyes. Cover the cucumbers with a cool towel (not freezing) but cold enough to give a relaxing cooling effect from the right to left temples. Rest with these over your eyes for approximately 30 minutes. When you remove take the towel and gentle wipe your face and eye area. You should see results with in 2 to 3 days.

try to go to sleep a little earlier that's probably what's causing the bags under your eyes. also- the breakouts are due to your diet- what what you eat and try to excersize at least 1 hour each day even if it's walking. For the bags- cut out slices of cucumber in round circles and put them on your eyes for about 1 hour for a week and see what happens. For the pimples- out a dab of toothpaste on them the night befoer- that should dry them out by the next day. Other than that- you should be fine.

Tip- if you use foundation for your face- that's probably what's causing you to breakout- change foundation brand or substitue for pouder instead.

i am 27 and still get breakouts from time to time and it annoys the poop out of me because i have struggled since i was 11 with this problem...

i actually buy a few different things because my skin is different and so is yours....as for the morning when i am taking a shower, i use St. Ives Apricot face scrub, i have lived off that stuff for years...it helps take away all the dead skin cells on your face...
after i get out of the shower, while my face is still a little damp, i use some cheap face lotion from Avon that is moisturizing...then i bought some Neutrogena face wash for oily skin, i use that at night when i am taking my make up and getting ready for bed..then i put some cold cream on my face for the night

the main thing to do for your skin to keep it from breaking out is to stay away from foods like chocolate, i know it sucks...also drink more water during your day..you will be amazed at how water helps your body in every aspect...

i get dark circles under my eyes because i am anemic and i really havent found a way to get rid of them, but i do use some Avon under eye cream everynight and it seems to help a little..

avon can get pricey but i check their website every week and look under the specials, sometimes they have buy 1 get 1 free, then i stock up on the things i need...
good luck

Wash with warm water and a facecloth several times a day. Back off the makeup - the more hiding you do under it, the worse your skin is getting. Bags and circles mean you probably need more sleep. Drink a lot of water.

get more sleep, try sleeping with cucumbers to get rid of those bags. not sure what kind of skin you have, but clean and clear is a good facial cleanser for breakouts, and cocoa butter really evens out marks and overall complexion. also eat lots of veggies and dont drink soda.

PROACTIVE!
I don't have acne really bad or anything but I really love my skin and have always taken care of it and when I bought proactive my skin just completly changed, it's so soft and fresh looking and my makeup goes on so much better now. Seriously but it, it works. Also Dove has an at home microdermabrasion kit. It's totally worth the $50 bucks you'll spend.

More rest would be very beneficial. Try some new products, if you are washing your face with soap its very harsh. I love dove and avon products they work wonders for me but I tried lots before I found what worked best. Dove is very gentle. Avon has a line called Anew its AWESOME!! Hope it helps.

The best way is to see a dermatologist there is many prescription medications that work wonders the people here will tell you anything and you will get poor results just to make points.

I'm not sure it this is correct, but I think adding more fruit to your diet will help your complexion. Well, maybe not, but it couldn't hurt.
