(Do you mean the MS-6714 - a Microstar International product?) Presumably you do, and the answer is no. Sorry. You'll need a video card with a dedicated TV-out for this purpose.

Am I right in thinking your computer is a branded machine from one of the major vendors (like Hewlett Packard, Dell or Compaq)?
If this is the case, the chances are that you don't already have a dedicated video card already in your machine. But you can pick up a cheap nVidia card with TV-out for under £50 these days. This will allow you to treat your television as a second monitor and even extend your desktop onto it.

Not sure, If it has a Video and audio port, then yes, I use a $65 TV card for that
