No I don't believe a legal prosecution against her would be successful. The main reason is that there are only three years age difference between them, and unless your friend used force against the boy or is a registered sex offender, she should be in the clear.
She has far bigger problems to deal with, such as being pregnant as a teenager with a very young boyfriend.
They should both talk to their parents and get everything ironed out as quickly as possible, because they are both going to need a lot of family support to get through this.

In Arkansas I know that there is a law that is something like under 17 the it is rape if one is 3 yrs older than the other. I just don't know about Texas. I am sorry but I would kill the girl if she was messin' around with my 14 yr old son. That boy is still just a boy and he needs to grow up before he has a kid to raise. What kind of person in this day and age (revolution of contraception) could let something like this happen? The girl should have been more responsible and not have gotten pregnant or had tried to keep from getting pregnant.
I am really sorry! I don't usually complain about things or give a nasty response, but I have a child and I would be very upset if someone took advantage of that child lack of knowledge about life. I am a firm believer that people should be responsible for their actions. So, if the boy and girl have a child together they should both take care of it.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Depends on the state, but probably. But the lighter side is that they are usually alot easier on girls dating the younger guys. Also, the parents of the minor will have a lot to do with it, if they want to make an issue of it or not. Check the laws and stuff for the state.

Depends on the laws in your state or country. In some places, consensual teenage sex is ignored. In others, it's rape no matter what. She doesn't have to say who the father is so she really can skate from any punishment. Besides, a 14 yo is never going to be responsible enough to raise a baby.

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. How to get pregnant https://tr.im/xfhLv
Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

first off get a pregnancy test done, I am sure that they have planned parenthood in texus and they would also know the laws about the whole thing as everywhere is different....if she goes to a doctor for help as well as they have patinent confidenticality that they can't tell her or his parents until she makes that descision....but get tested, buy a testing kit off the pharmacy shelf and if she is then go to a doctor as it is important for her and baby health and the dr would be able to know where to send your friend for more help if needed....and is sextually active should be on birth control and using condoms no matter what anyone says....as babies and STDs are not something to play around with all have serious consequences

One of them can only get in trouble if one or both of them say it was forced..if both of them consented to doing it and they say that to the police nothing can be done, however if the 17 year old was a male then the police might not like it so much.

I live in Texas and I will tell you the law here is yes, she would get in trouble if his parents chose to file charges. If not nothing should happen unless cps found out then they could take action. Please email me, I would like to keep up with you and this situation
