I have a used Sony Vaio in great condition and I would like to find out its value (what can I sell it for). Any thoughts on where I could begin?

It all depends on the model of your pc and also the age. If it is old the chances of getting a good price are slim, even if it is in good condition. Advertise it on your local radio station or why not try eBay.
