Try being a new girl at a new school in a completely new town. That’s what Madison thought when she had to move after her house was destroyed by hurricane Katrina. Now she had to meet her new friends, new teachers and possibly new enemies……. Who can she trust with her deepest darkest secret?

What do you think? Will it Sell?

I think it needs some work, but the basic idea is good. The first line doesn't sound right, the word "new" is too repetative. Try this:

"When Madison's life is turned upside down by Hurricane Katrina, she is forced to move to a new town. Now she is met with even more difficult battles when she has to meet new friends, teachers and possibly, new enemies. In a place where she doesn't know who to trust, who will keep her secret?"
