12 weeks, but normally they don't like to tell you until 16 weeks, and 20 weeks is when there is littler chance on screwing up on what sex it might be. so it really depends on what you want, and how any years your ultrasound specialist has been working in that field.

The radiology tech on my two pregnancies told me that 18-20 weeks was the earliest she would feel comfortable making a guess as to the sex based off of an ultrasound. Amnio would tell you at any point of the pregancy.

I found out at 18 weeks to a level 2 ultrasound. It really all depends on how the baby is positioned. Usually doctors tell you around 16-20 weeks.

Around 14 to 16 weeks, but most doctors will not schedule sonograms until between 18 and 21 weeks. They may make a mistake about the gender if done too early.
