It is possible,but more possible at 5 weeks. Before 5 weeksthere really is no chance of seeing the sac yet. Even with twins so i would say no.

I would say that prolly at about 8 weeks is when they can really see the sac. That is something that you might want to ask your doctor at your first prenatel appt.

I think you would. Absolutely tiny but an experienced sonographer may be able to pick it up. Depends though.4 weeks they picked one up with me.

this early you most likely would only be able to see it by a transvaginal ultrasound

it's toooooo early...of course there is one, but sometimes the ultrasound won't catch on it
