Presumably this is the report of a malware scanner? If so, let's hope that it was removed. It seems to have discovered a trojan horse: a seemingly innocent program that hides a potentially malicious program inside it. When the innocent-looking program is executed, so is the malicious one.
However, because it has been recognised as a generic trojan horse there's no real way of determining just how dangerous the content is. It could be something as annoying as adware, or a program as potentially devastating as spyware. In all likelihood, though, it won't be particularly dangerous. Trojans that deliver a specific payload (such as code that undermines firewalls or installs rootkits) will not be given a generic moniker.
The characters "yvd" tell us that this trojan is a variation of an existing malware and not an entirely new strain. This sounds promising because you can probably rest assured that whichever package discovered it is well equipped to deal with it.
Still, you'll want to rescan your machine for malware after a complete shutdown just to make sure that the nasty is really gone for good.
