How do you lower the suspension on a Kawasaki Ninja 600?

I'm trying to figure out how to do it.

The model is 2002 Zx6-R and I want to lower both front and rear suspension.

Always give "year", make, engine size and "model #" when asking questions.
Install lowering links on the rear suspension.

Loosen the pinch bolts holding the front forks to the steering stem and push them up through the tripple clamps about an inch.
