Does anyone know a good website to find a friend?

The problem is, it seems like everything is for dating, swingers, sex and the like. Is there a place where you can just find a person looking for a sincere friendship, nothing more?

Well, if you're looking for a penfriend or e-pal, a great site is www.penfriends.com.au .... this is a non-dating site (from what i can remember), with hundreds of potential friends from all over the world.
